3.1 – REMOVAL OF ASBESTOS CONTAINING MATERIALS CRUMBLY
INSIDE AND OUTSIDE OF A BUILDING
For the removal of friable asbestos is important that You are aware
of the process to which you are an actor.
We will proceed with the preparation / provision of :
3.1.1 yard work ;
3.1.2 confinement (confinement static , dynamic confinement /
air extractors ), high-efficiency HEPA filters ( capture of the fibers ) ;
3.1.3 Testing of the yard ( leak test) ;
3.1.4 area decontamination of personnel and materials.
The first includes : local pristine ( for dressing
workers ) , shower room ( for the decontamination of the worker) ,
local equipment (local undressing of
worker contaminated ), the second includes: local washing ,
local packing and local temporary storage
pending removal ;
3.1.5 Cleaning procedures of personnel;
3.1.6 techniques and procedures to carry out the removal of material
containing asbestos;
3.1.7 Procedures for decontamination of the site;
3.1.8 Packaging and labeling of waste ( for their removal
from the site ) ;
3.1.9 Environmental Monitoring ;
3.1.10 Certification local reclaimed ;
3.1.11 protection of workers.
Part Two – Work Practices
3.1.1 – Yard work
The installation of site remediation involves the preparation
of work enclosure and enclosure; electricity connections
and hydraulic placement of equipment and devices, and signs ;
temporary works , electrical and lighting environments
